Tīmoti Harris is an experienced Secondary Principal, Ministry of Education Facilitator, University Lecturer and Specialist Teacher, Facilitator and Educator who will tailor-make a programme for positive behaviour management based on strongly inclusive and relational bi-cultural pedagogy.

What does a programme for Behaviour Management offer?

The course has a number of delivery options; these will be discussed then designed in consultation with each particular client school. Such discussions will include the programme’s content, delivery style and duration.
Some options for programme or course delivery are:

•  A one-off learning session
• A series of learning sessions
• Whole staff courses of 2-3 hour sessions every five weeks for one year, two years or three years
• School Leadership team development sessions
• Participation in full day workshops shared across schools

Participants will explore, critically examine and extend their behavioural management skills and techniques to support learners to learn. Culturally inclusive and responsive aspects of these techniques will be highlighted.
